In Cassis, feast like a pêcheur on the famed soupe de poisson, its crusty-bread topping slick with garlicky rouille. Over in Portofino, savor a fritto misto on the quay, the lacy fried anchovies dissolving on your tongue. Beaulieu-sur-Mer's daily market is a symphony of Provençal flavors: plump artichokes, honey-hued immortelle liqueur, goat cheeses oozing ripeness.
