Chef Paolo Lavezzini has refined his craft in Europe’s most storied kitchens, including the Michelin-starred Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Restaurant Alain Ducasse at Hôtel Plaza Athénée, and Le Royal Monceau in Paris. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has led acclaimed culinary programs for Four Seasons from São Paulo to Florence, where he now oversees Il Palagio, the flagship restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. Classically trained in Tuscany, Lavezzini brings the essence of Italy’s most celebrated culinary regions to Four Seasons Yachts, creating elegant cuisine defined by simplicity and seasonality.
